Non-homogenized milk that you get from a cow, goat, or sheep, consists of both cream and milk. Separating the cream from the milk can be accomplished using a centrifugal cream separator, which spins the mixture around at high speeds till the two parts have been divided.
This machine can separate cream from milk in only a few simple steps. can process 80 Liters of raw milk per hour.
Start by adding warm (about 104°F) unprocessed whole milk to the bowl and open the plug, allowing it to flow into the float chamber. which will separate the milk and cream. The milk and cream will flow out of their respective spouts. You will end up with about one liter of cream from every ten liters of raw milk
