A card game developed with the aim of simplifying the measurement of organizational maturity. In a simple, fast and fun way, up to 8 players will discuss and analyze their contexts based on scenarios in each of the +100 cards, bringing their strengths and points of improvement in a playful way.
Each deck has a total of 110 cards, with 108 regular cards and 2 cards with a special cut where the dots are detachable
The game is recommended to be played with teams of up to eight players and has a duration of 2 up to 5 hours.
The game concepts are based on KMM (http://kmm.plus), a guide that connects cultural values and management practices within the current context of the company. It was based on data collection, experience reports, case studies in large, medium, and small businesses, developed by David J. Anderson and Teodora Bosheva from Kanban University.
