After testing various methods, we found that the best was actually the easiest: After browning the topping, we cooked the fruit filling in the same pan — making it as easy and delicious as possible.

S’mores Ice Cream Cake
The combination of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows is irresistible. Combining warm, gooey s’mores with ice cream may sound like a mess, but we found a way to add the heat without causing a meltdown. By using a fudge layer on top of the graham cracker base, and then allowing adequate freezing, we were able to create the toasty marshmallow top without melting the cake.
